WE will all die at some point but my goal is not to just live life, i.e. just exist, but to live a good quality life without the aid of drugs and be of strong mind and body AND ALSO TO MINIMIZE THE CHANCES OF ME BECOMING A BURDEN TO MY LOVED ONES.

I believe it’s achievable with the proper diet, exercise and good habits.   The idea is to put your body and mind in a place or a state of being wherein it is less susceptible to being attacked or overtaken by diseases (such as: cardiovascular disease, cancer, arthritis, dementia, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, atherosclerosis, etc.

Aging increases vulnerability to age-associated diseases and our genetics determine our vulnerability or resistance to these diseases.  So, if you are getting older or you are vulnerable due to your genetic makeup then you need a WELLNESS PLAN in place.  With a plan in place perhaps much of the illness, disability and death associated with chronic diseases could be avoided through known preventive measures, i.e. regular physical activity, healthy eating, avoiding drugs and tobacco, eliminating or minimizing stress and don't forget your annual physical to be screened for cancers, diabetes, hypertension, etc.  These steps should increase your odds of living a longer and healthier life.

Our WELLNESS PLAN begins with minimizing our intake of SALT (SODIUM), SUGAR, STARCHES, DAIRY & RED MEAT.

Exercise:  5 Days per week (rest on Saturday & Sunday)

Habits: Don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t do drugs, make sure we get our rest and avoid or quickly eliminate those instances or situations that create “stress”.
